  • Len's residential cabin on Airbnb (Dorset)

Len ordered a customised 2-bedroom Hymer residential log cabin from us and installed it by himself near his home in Mannington (Dorset). After the cabin had been erected we asked him if he liked his cabin and if there was anything we could do to assist him. To our surprise Len told us that he is going rent his cabin to anybody wanting to stay in Mannington. It will be available soon on AirBnB! So, if you would like to spend a day or two in Len’s log house, you can contact him direct by phone on 01202814075 or email him at [email protected] (More)
  • Henry's Devon log cabin

When Henry contacted us he was intending to purchase a wooden garage as a workshop where he could create his reduced plan models (what an interesting hobby indeed!). However, after we had discussed his idea, Henry decided that a Devon log cabin would suit his needs better than a garage as it has more windows and is as spacious as the garage. Also, Henry would be able to use the log cabin as a leisure room or garden office as well. When the time came to deliver the log cabin to Henry’s place, it appeared to be that the gates into his yard were too narrow for the truck carrying the cabin package to pass through. But thanks to our skilled hauliers this issue was sorted out by simply lifting the package over the fence using the crane that all our trucks are equipped with; meaning the log cabi… (More)
  • Daniel's log cabins (Sussex)

At first Daniel ordered a log store - tractor garage, which is ideal for using as dry premises at any time of the year. We‘re not sure if it's the quality of the product or the joy of assembling the cabin that helped Daniel decide to purchase a second log cabin from us within just a few weeks of his first one, but so it turned out that Daniel filled the empty plot next to his house with a bespoke Clockhouse cabin. As the only available space to erect the cabin was under trees, Daniel had to be sure that any dripping water would not affect the cabin, therefore he went for 66mm thick walls. Solid walls and double-glazed windows make this log cabin perfect for using all year round. We hope Daniel will enjoy his Clockhouse cabin and tractor garage and we wish him all the best! (More)
  • Dave's Insulated Log Cabin (Stirlingshire)

Dave from Stirlingshire was looking for a very special place to feel comfortable, warm and cosy during windy, rainy and cold winter days. He didn't know what to expect before buying one of our ‘OAK’ log cabins as he hadn‘t ever seen one in real life before. However, once the installation had been completed Dave was more than satisfied with the result, as he received a completely insulated cabin with solid twin skin walls and PVC windows and door.We believe this log cabin will be a very nice place to sit in at any time of the year for his office work, coffee time, wine evenings and even for an afternoon nap. We wish Dave the very best of times in his new cabin. (More)
  • Craig's Log Cabin (Braintree)

Craig wanted to have a wooden cabin where he could relax reading a book or having a glass of wine. He wanted something compact, nice and good value of course. The Clockhouse 4m x 3m log cabin was the one Craig liked the most, so he decided to go for it. The log cabin was installed in the backyard. As it is a compact cabin, Craig decided to use adjustable PVC pedestals as an alternative to an expensive concrete base. After the cabin was erected, our assembly guys insulated the roof and floor with Celotex insulation boards and laid the 5-layer bitumen shingles on top. (More)
  • William's Wooden Garage (Essex)

William from Essex is a passionate classic car enthusiast. He has a fantastic 1967 Chevrolet Corvette C2 (possibly the last one officially sold in the UK) and a wonderful classic Jaguar. So William needed a sturdy and reliable garage where he could keep these two priceless beauties. A wooden garage  6m x 6m double was a very cost effective option, and moreover thanks to the timber, such a garage prevents condensation from occurring, which is very important for such classic cars. William had prepared the concrete base in advance, so it just remained for our installation team to erect the garage, paint it in white and lay the bitumen roof shingles on the roof. Meanwhile, William arranged the garage for his cars. Knowing William’s passion for his classic cars, we were honoured he chose us to… (More)
  • Michael's Wooden Garage 6m x 6m (in Devon)

There is nothing better than a garage for keeping your car safe. Michael from Devon was of the same opinion.  So after doing his own research and making a number of phone calls to a number of garage suppliers he decided to go with our offer and purchased a 6m x 6m wooden garage. Michael particularly wanted to have a wooden garage in order to avoid moisture condensation inside (a common problem with metal garages).  Utilising a natural material was also an important criterion for choosing a timber structure. We had this particular garage in our warehouse in Eastleigh, so delivery only took 5 working days. The second day after delivery our assembly team arrived and started the installation on the concrete base which Michael had had laid in advance. The garage was installed and treated with… (More)
  • Colin's Wooden Carport (Hampshire)

It‘s very convenient to have a garage or a carport in which you can keep you car, boat or bike secured from such factors like birds attacks (yes, you know what we have in mind), dust, rain or even snow. Many people appreciate such advantages and this goes for Colin from Hampshire. There are two cars in Colin’s family, so he needed something bigger than the average carport. Therefore, he chose a wooden carport double with an integrated shed. This kind of carport is big enough to cover 2 sizable vehicles and provides plenty of indoor storage space for such things as tyres, tools, lawnmowers or any other kind of stuff. We had this wooden carport in stock so we were able to deliver it to Colin immediately and our assembly team installed it within a day. We are very grateful to Colin for sh… (More)

Have you ever heard the saying “a Cabin in the middle of nowhere”? Well it seems our client Peter from Surrey has made this into a reality.  Peter contacted us looking for a mid-size traditional design log cabin for keeping his tools in and relaxing as well.  At that moment we had a very good offer on the Lille 4m x 5m (44mm) log cabin, which Peter happily accepted. A concrete base was laid for this log cabin prior to delivery taking place. Then our assembly team installed it and laid green bitumen shingles on the roof. Installation was completed within one day. • Carolyne's Wooden Garage

Carolyne from Eastleigh was looking for a garage that would be big enough to house two cars, a lawnmower and her other things. However, due to height restrictions Carolyne wanted to reduce the ridge height of the garage in order to avoid planning permission application. Because we have the option for most of our cabins and garages to reduce the ridge height to 249 centimetres, we were able to do this with Carolyne’s wooden garage as well in order to comply with all the planning regulations. We know that the garage door has to be the strongest part of the garage, so we supplied two sets of heavy duty garage doors which ensure that all Carolyne’s belongings will remain safe. For the roof covering, Caroline decided to go for the green bitumen shingles, which was a great choice because it’s o… (More)
