Build your own garden room kit: a step-by-step guide
Step 1: planning and preparing the groundwork
Your DIY garden room kit will need even ground and a solid foundation to stand on. That’s why the first step will be preparing the plot of land and making sure it’s even (you can read more about what this entails on our Foundation page). Then you’ll need the right base. You can choose from the concrete base foundation, concrete slabs, or the timber frame foundation – the best option depends on each individual case, but don’t worry, our team will help you make the right decision!
Step 2: starting the assembly
Step 3: continuing with the walls and the roof
When you move along to the walls, you’ll see that the wood interlocks at the edges, creating an airtight construction.
